b. Enter Event Name: Provide a clear title or name for your event, reflecting event

d. Select Event Type: Choose the type of event you are creating from the provided list of event categories.

e. Event Plan: Add detailed event description and it should be long explaining the event and event plans completely. 

f. Location: Enter the venue where the event will be hosted.

g. Time Zone: Choose the relevant time zone for your event’s location.

h. Duration: Specify the event duration (e.g., one day, one week, one year, or custom).

i. Competition: Indicate if the event competes with an existing event.

4. Add Website and Affiliations: Tell fundamental details about the event creator:

  1. Indicate if the creator is an influencer.
  2. Specify whether the event is being created by an individual or a brand.
  3. Mention if someone referred you to create this event.

3. Add NPO Details, Provide the following information about the NPO:

a. NPO Name: Enter the name of the non-profit organization.

b. NPO Logo: Upload the logo of the organization.

c. NPO Address: Add the address of the organization. 

d. NPO Donation URL: Include the URL for donations directed to the NPO.

4. At the end, tell your expected event participants size.

  1. Open app Dashboard or Home Page click join a, Join a WRBE,  it will Open events listing,  Ongoing Event, Upcoming  Event, Completed Events,  User can register for Ongoing and Upcoming  Events.
  2. Please observe the ongoing events in this vicinity. Select the event you wish to join and click on it, it will open the event details screen.
  3. On the Event Details screen, located at the bottom, you will find a button labeled “Register to Join.” Clicking on this button will open the registration screen.
  4. The user must verify their personal information.
  5. Users have the option to add an affiliate member. If someone invites you, you can provide their member ID, which will assist in tracking referrals.
  6. Click the “Join” button to confirm your registration for this event, You are registered for the event, now go explore more about the app.

    1. A popup window will display various sharing options such as Facebook, Gmail, Instagram, Message, and WhatsApp.

  1. Navigate to the events listing page or on the home page and select the event you wish to share. Open the Event Details screen.
  2. Locate and click the Share Icon at the top right corner.

  4. Compose a well-crafted message to accompany the event link and share it on Facebook.
  5. Choose whether to share the event publicly or with friends only.

How It Works:

  1. Once shared, your Facebook friends will be notified of your post and can view your message.
  2. When they click on the event link, the application will launch and check if it is already installed. If not, it will prompt them to install the app.
  3. After installation (if needed), they will be redirected to the Event Details page, where they can register and join your event seamlessly.

  4. To add a reminder, click the “Plus (+)” icon located at the top of the screen.
  5. Please include a Reminder Title, the Date and Time of the Reminder, and any relevant details.
  6. The user will receive push notifications at the scheduled reminder time.

  1. Open the Dashboard and click on “I Attend a WRBE” to navigate to the attendance submission page.
  2. Use the “Plus” button to upload your image or video as proof. You can either choose a file from your Gallery or capture a new one with your Camera.
  3. Enter the Event ID, which is mandatory for submission. You can copy it from the event detail page associated with your participation.
  4. Select the date and time of your attendance. Ensure the date falls within the event’s start and completion timeframe.
  5. Confirm your agreement with the terms and conditions by checking the respective box.
  6. Press the “Submit” button to send your details to the event creator for verification.
  7. Wait for the creator to review and verify your attendance.

By completing these steps, your attendance will be successfully submitted for validation.

  1. Open the Dashboard and click on “Collect Trophy” to navigate to the Trophies, Certificate and Coupons page.
  2. On this page, you will find a comprehensive list of trophies, certificates, and coupons. 
  3. Access the download button for the trophy, certificate, or coupon PDF you wish to obtain.
  4. Upon initiating the download process, the download commences. Upon completion, the trophies will be saved into your gallery within the “I CHOOSE I AM” folder.
  5. Go to file in Android or Iphone device, open download folder inside download you will “I CHOOSE I AM” folder. There is your trophy or certificate.

  3. Access the share button for the trophy, certificate, or coupon PDF you wish to share.
  4. A popup window will display various sharing options such as Facebook, Gmail, Instagram, Message, and WhatsApp.
  5. For Example: I Select Facebook from the options, and i post on facebook it will reach all my facebook friends.
  6. If you want to share on WhatsApp select, if you want to share on instagram select instagram, if you want to email someone select. All options available to share quickly.

Creating a Cash Contest in the I Choose I AM app is quick and easy. Only the event creator can set up and manage cash contests for their event.

a. Open the application and Open Event Listing from Dashboard Page
b. Go to the event for which you want to create a Cash Contest.
c. At the top of the event detail page, tap the three-dot menu icon.
d. From the dropdown options, click on Create a Cash Contest.
e. Add a title and a brief description for your Cash Contest. Make sure it’s engaging and clear.
f. You can also add a brand logo and brand name, but these fields are optional.

Specify the cash prizes for the top participants:

  1. 1st Rank Winner Prize
  2. 2nd Rank Winner Prize
  3. 3rd Rank Winner Prize
  4. 4th Rank Winner Prize
  5. 5th Rank Winner Prize

Once you’ve filled out all the required details, click Submit. Your Cash Contest will be created successfully and available for participants.

How to Upload Proof of Participation for a Cash Contest?

Submitting proof of your participation in a Cash Contest is an essential step to ensure your eligibility for prizes. Follow these simple steps to complete your submission.

  1. a. Launch the app and navigate to the Dashboard.
    b. Tap the Profile tab on the bottom bar to open your self-profile and click setting at top right.
    c. Go to the Cash Contest section and filter the list by selecting “I Joined Cash Contest” to view the contests you have participated in.
    d. Select any contest from the list to open the Cash Contest Detail Screen.
    e. Tap the “Add Your Video and Image” button at the bottom of the screen.
    f. On the next screen, click the + icon, which will provide options to either:
      i. Open your Gallery to choose a photo or video.
      ii. Use your Camera to capture proof instantly.

      g. Choose the relevant video or image as proof of your participation.
      h. Tap Submit at the bottom of the screen.
Once submitted, a confirmation message will appear:
“Congratulations, your cash contest proof is submitted successfully.”

As the creator of a Cash Contest, you have exclusive access to view all media (images and videos) submitted by participants for contest evaluation. Follow the steps to review participant submissions and select winners.

  1. Open profile page, click setting at top, On setting page click cash contest and  Navigate to the Cash Contest Listing.
  2. Filter the list to view contests you have created.
  3. Select the contest you want to manage from the list.
  4. On the Cash Contest Detail Screen, tap the “View All Attendees” button.
  5. You’ll see a list of all participants who have submitted proof for the contest.
  6. Click on image or Video to view the participant’s submitted proof.
  7. You can declare results 24 hours after the event is completed.

As the creator of a Cash Contest, you have the ability to review all participant submissions (images and videos) and select the winners. Here’s a step-by-step guide to complete the process.

  1. Open profile page, click setting at top, On setting page click cash contest and  Navigate to the Cash Contest Listing.
  2. Filter the list to view contests you have created.
  3. Click on your contest to open the Cash Contest Detail Screen.
  4. On the Cash Contest Detail Screen you’ll find comprehensive information about the contest.
  5. Tap the “View All Attendees” button.
  6. Review the user-submitted proof (images and videos) displayed on this screen.
  • Determine the Winners

Analyze each submission and assign rankings, Ensure fairness and transparency while selecting winners.

  • Publish the Winner Announcement
    1. Click the “Publish Your Announcement” button to finalize the results.

  7. Once the content is ready, click the “Save” button to successfully post your feed.

First let’s explore self profile.

  1. Launch the app and navigate to the Dashboard.
  2. Tap the Profile tab on the bottom bar to open your self-profile.
  3. Your profile displays all your feeds on Feed Tab.
  4. Switch to the second tab that lists all your events.
  5. Switch to the third tab that shows all your profile links.

Now View Friends and their Profiles

  1. Tap on the Friends count in your profile to open your friend list.
  2. Select a friend’s name to view their profile.
  3. On their profile, you can see:
    1. Feeds they have shared.
    2. Events they have created.
    3. Links of their social profiles
  4. Want to check other friends?
  5. Return to your friend list to select another user’s profile.
  6. Tap on their name to view their detailed profile and events.
